Refund policy

1What you are buying

A ClaimDesk report unlock is a one-time digital purchase. It unlocks the full version of the report you have already previewed: order-level detail, CSV export, and dispute packs for the files you uploaded. Before you pay, you can already see your estimated recoverable total for free, so you know what the report contains before spending anything.

2When we refund

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if either of these is true:

  • The report is materially wrong. For example, we misread your file in a way that meaningfully changed the results, flagged rows that plainly do not exist in your data, or produced a dispute pack with the wrong orders in it.
  • You cannot access what you paid for. The unlock did not happen after a successful payment, or the report or dispute packs cannot be opened or downloaded, and we cannot fix it promptly.

Tell us what went wrong and, where relevant, which rows or orders are affected. We will look at it quickly; if the report is materially wrong or inaccessible, you get your money back.

3What is not grounds for a refund

We want to be straightforward about this before you buy, not after.

Every amount ClaimDesk shows is an estimate computed from the data you upload, and every deadline is indicative. ClaimDesk prepares the evidence and the paperwork; the decision on each dispute belongs to your courier or marketplace.

Not recovering some or all of an estimated amount is therefore not grounds for a refund. The same goes for disputes that are rejected by a provider, dispute windows that closed before you filed, and differences between an estimate and the amount a provider finally credits. What you are paying for is the analysis and the prepared paperwork, and that is delivered in full when the report unlocks.

4How refunds are executed

Payments for ClaimDesk are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. When a refund is approved, Dodo Payments executes it to your original payment method. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5 to 10 business days.

5How to request a refund

Email support@claimdesk.me (to be confirmed) from the address on your ClaimDesk account within 7 days of purchase. Include the email you signed up with, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law. See also our terms of service.
