How it is computed
Each provider’s window is stored as data: Shiprocket weight discrepancies use a window of about 7 calendar days from the discrepancy date, and Amazon India SAFE-T claims use a window of about 60 calendar days from the refund date. The calculator adds the window to the date you enter and counts the calendar days remaining from today.
Both windows are indicative. Providers change their policies without notice, and the exact window on your account can differ; always verify against the provider’s current policy before relying on a date.
